Cheryl LePine Beliveau
Since her admission to the New Hampshire Bar and the Federal District Court, District of New Hampshire, in 1983, Attorney Beliveau has specialized in the areas of real estate and banking. Attorney Beliveau has represented and continues to represent numerous credit unions within and outside the state providing services, with the assistance of the firm, in their general representation, contract review, lending (commercial and residential), regulatory compliance review, workouts, employee and other institutional matters. In addition, Attorney Beliveau represents buyers, sellers and developers in their acquisition, sale, development and financing of projects.
A shareholder in Beliveau, Fradette & Gallant, P.A., she heads the firm's in-house title company, Statewide Title and Services, Inc.
Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Attorney Beliveau received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Saint Michael's College in 1979 and her Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1983.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, and the Real Estate section of the New Hampshire Bar. Attorney Beliveau frequently lectures on real estate and banking/credit union matters before local groups and organizations.
