W. James Doyle
A shareholder in Beliveau, Fradette, Doyle & Gallant, P.A., Attorney Doyle joined the firm after his admission to the New Hampshire Bar in 1987 and the Federal District Court, District of New Hampshire, in 1988. He focuses his practice in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, uniform commercial code, contract law, and commercial litigation.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Attorney Doyle graduated magna cum laude from Rockhurst Jesuit College with degrees in Economics and Philosophy in 1981. He received his law degree from Notre Dame University in 1984 where he served on the staff of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation.
Attorney Doyle is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, and Manchester Bar Association. He is politically active and has worked on several local and statewide political campaigns. He has served on the regional legislative board for the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys as well as local civic and charitable boards.
