Attorney Lowman is a partner and shareholder in the firm. She focuses her practice on real estate, residential and commercial lending, banking, foreclosures and related litigation. Much of her time is spent providing services to lenders including regulatory compliance review and financing of residential and commercial properties, as well as assisting individual buyers and sellers with their purchase or sale of real estate.
Attorney Lowman is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She received her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002 and had previously received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a focus on paralegal studies, from Suffolk University in 1994. In addition to practicing law, Attorney Lowman was a Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court (2002-2003) and taught Legal Research and Writing at Massachusetts School of Law for ten years.
