A shareholder in Beliveau, Fradette & Gallant, P.A., Attorney Fradette handles complex litigation for corporate and individual clients in the areas of health care law, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, professional malpractice of any type, employment law, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, administrative law, personal injury, products liability and qui tam fraud actions under federal law. He also represents individuals and developers before Planning and Zoning Boards.
He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the Federal District Court, District of New Hampshire in 1984. Attorney Fradette has been selected for inclusion in New England Super Lawyers under the Professional Liability section since 2007. He is a Board Certified Trial Lawyer and serves as the State Coordinator for the National Board of Trial Advocacy and devotes the majority of his time to complex jury trials. Attorney Fradette was formerly an Adjunct Professor at the UNH School of Law in Concord, NH where he taught Health Care Law and Ethics.
A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Attorney Fradette received his Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1977. He maintains a license to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire. He received his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1982. In 1984, he received the Outstanding Young Men of America Award. In 2000 he earned a Masters in Public Health from the Boston University School of Public Health with a concentration in health law and finances.
Attorney Fradette is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, and the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association. He also served as a Member of the Manchester Development Committee, a civic association dedicated to the economic development of the City of Manchester.
